Volpe Koenig patent attorney Joshua Schmid will be a panelist on the High Tech, Legislation & Policy panel during the Joint Patent Practice Continuing Legal Education’s (JPPCLE) 41st Annual Seminar on June 5, 2025 at the New York City Bar Association in New York City.
Joshua will be presenting on Mobile Acuity Ltd. v. Blippar Ltd. - Burdens of Proof and Production on Representative Claims in 101 Analysis.
The JPPLE’s annual one-day seminars have been held every year since 1985. With a mission to facilitate continuing legal education in the area of patent law, JPPLE features knowledgeable speakers including judges, government officials and experienced attorneys.
