Overview

Led by an intellectual property attorney with more than 30 years’ experience in pharmaceutical litigation, the well-rounded Team also includes legal professionals with PhDs in life sciences disciplines, other advanced scientific degrees, as well as real-world research, academic and industry experience.
Members of this Team have obtained numerous favorable client settlements in major patent infringement suits around the world, and have significant experience with pharmaceutical litigation in U.S. district courts, including the District of New Jersey and District of Delaware, which have become significant venues for pharmaceutical litigation in recent years.
