Karén Tonoyan

Karén Tonoyan has a passion for technology and innovation. In areas ranging from clothing designs and toys to musical instruments and computer software, Karén has helped clients protect their intellectual property and overcome their business hurdles.
Karén also advises clients in patent, trademark and copyright infringement matters, including by providing patentability and infringement analyses, rendering written opinions, and handling cease and desist demands. He has obtained licensing agreements for his clients and has drafted and successfully negotiated hundreds of transactional business contracts.

Karén has worked in the IT field as well as the U.S.Patent and Trademark Office where he specialized in semiconductors and electronic devices
Life Beyond Law
An accomplished stage performer and musician, Karén has performed as part of a traditional dance ensemble to sold-out auditoriums around the U.S. including two performances at The Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York City. He is also an avid skier, poet, and traveler.
